Lee Holmes is a food and nutrition coach, yoga teacher, wholefoods chef, Lifestyle Food Channel’s Healthy Eating Expert and author of the best selling books Supercharged Food: Eat Your Way to Health, Supercharged Food: Eat Yourself Beautiful, Eat Clean, Green and Vegetarian, Heal your Gut, Eat Right for Your Shape, Supercharged Food for Kids and Fast Your Way to Wellness.

Frequently Asked Questions


When does the course start and finish?
The course starts from the date of your enrolment. Each course is designed to be completed within a specific time frame (i.e Motiv8 Me is a 30-day course) and on enrolment we will send you emails to guide you through the course. However, you can self-pace within the enrolment time-frame and grace period - i.e. you can decide to complete the course faster or slower than recommended.
How long do I have access to the course?
Each course has a specific access period which will include the duration of the course, plus two weeks grace - for example the Heal Your Gut course by Lee Holmes is a four week course. You will therefore have access to this course for a period of six weeks from the date of your enrolment. If you would like to re-enrol or have trouble completing the course in the time-frame, please email social@bbdh.com.au
