In the first class "How To Change Your World", I will help you set the foundations to change your world through a series of short videos and worksheets. Before you watch the video, download and print the worksheets so you can complete them during each video.
Each class has a series of videos and worksheets (lessons) to complete. I recommend that you complete every worksheet in the course and then choose three to five worksheets you would like to use for an annual, bi-annual, or quarterly 'self' check up.
Give yourself the gift of keeping it achievable and sustainable. In my experience, having my annual 'self' check up time allocated in my diary every year means that I'm much more committed to taking time annually to reflect and create the best possible path forward. I also use some of the worksheets (like 'The Must List') on a monthly basis.
